  • The ideal time to start is from 13 weeks when you are getting your energy back
  • helps reduce many of the discomforts of pregnancy, such as  back ache, leg cramps, heartburn, breathlessness and constipation
  • brings improved night’s sleep
  • learn practical techniques to help your body release and relax
  • learn how the breath can be your friend, giving you natural pain relief
  • provide a time for relaxation and to focus on your coming baby
  • share discussions about experiences during pregnancy with other mums in a supportive space
  • learn the importance of pelvic floor exercises and how to do them
  • devote some time to you and your baby every week

The class finishes with a visualisation and relaxation, building in Hypnobirthing skills in a natural way.

The Pregnancy Yoga Classes are held in Kensal Rise near Queens’ Park on

Tuesday evenings    

Time: 7.15 – 8.45pm       Currently via livestreaming on Zoom

Cost: £20 for single in-person classes
Then £70 for 4 classes paid monthly in advance (to be used within 5 weeks)

Zoom classes cost: £17 for one class or £60 for 4 classes in advance

Concessions available for those on low income, furlough or benefits, please ask
