The Post-natal yoga class for Mums and Babies is held in Kensal Rise NW10,  near Queen’s Park

On Thursday mornings

Time: 10.15 – 11.55am   –   please arrive promptly to settle your baby

Cost: £17.50 per class for in person classes, paid monthly.

£12.00 per class for Streaming via Zoom 

Concessions available for those in need – please ask
