- strengthen your back, your belly and your pelvic floor
- help reduce the strains of carrying, holding and feeding a new baby
- a time to think about yourself each week
- meet up with other new mums to share and support each other
- babies are warmly welcomed
The Post-natal yoga class for Mums and Babies is held at ZenW2 in Willesden Green
On Thursday afternoons
Time: 12.25 – 2.00pm – please arrive promptly to settle your baby
Cost: £20 for single in-person classes
