YogaBirth Pregnancy Yoga
- The ideal time to start is from 13 weeks when you are getting your energy back
- helps reduce many of the discomforts of pregnancy, such as back ache, leg cramps, heartburn, breathlessness and constipation

- learn practical techniques to help your body release and relax
- learn how the breath can be your friend, giving you natural pain relief
- provide a time for relaxation and to focus on your coming baby
- share discussions about experiences during pregnancy with other mums in a supportive space
- learn the importance of pelvic floor exercises and how to do them
- devote some time to you and your baby every week
The class finishes with a visualisation and relaxation, building in Hypnobirthing skills in a natural way.
The Pregnancy Yoga Classes are held at ZenW2 in Willesden Green on
Tuesday evenings
Time: 7.15 – 8.45pm
