Post-Natal Yoga & Support

From about 6 weeks after the birth of your baby you are welcome to attend the post-natal yoga class. Babies are most welcome at the class. The yoga is focused on helping the mother to recover from the stresses of pregnancy and birth, and to reduce some of strains of carrying, holding and feeding a new baby. A time to think about yourself each week and to meet up with other new mothers to share and support each other.

Approximately once a month a baby massage session is held during the class.

The Post-natal yoga class for Mums and Babies is held in Kensal Rise near Queen’s Park

On Tuesday afternoons

Time: 1.00- 2.30pm   –  please arrive at 12.45 to settle your baby

Cost: £17 per class, paid monthly.
